How to Request Assistive Technology
Our "Gift Me" program is designed to help you get access to the tools you need for education, work, and daily life. This guide will walk you through the entire process from start to finish.
Two-Account System: Please Read!
Our platform uses a two-account system for security. You need a **Store Account** first, and then a separate **Receiver Account** for gifting.
- Store Account: Your general access to our website. You MUST create this first.
- Receiver Account: A special account that lets you request items.

Your Step-by-Step Guide to Making a Request
- Create a Store Account: The mandatory first step. If you don't have one, click here to register for the store.
- Create Your Receiver Account: Now, go to the Gift-Me Login Page. On that page, find and click the "Sign Up" or "Register" link to create your separate Receiver Account.
- Log In as a Receiver: Use the same Gift-Me Login Page to log in to your newly created Receiver Account.
- Select Item & Share Your Story: After logging in, you will be taken to a form. Here you will select one item from the list and write a brief reason explaining how this technology will help you.
- Submit for Review: Once you submit the form, your request is sent to our admin team for a confidential review.
What Happens Next?
After submission, our team will review your request within a few business days. We check to ensure all information is complete. You will be notified via email once your request is approved.
When a Giver purchases the item for you, we will contact you immediately to arrange for shipping. The entire process is handled securely and confidentially by our team.
